Can I use Photoshop Elements 2023 commercially?

I plan to sell photos that I manipulated in Photoshop Elements  2023. Does Adobe give me the right to do that when I buy Photoshop Elements for 99 Dollars? Do I have to consider something?

As far as i know, yes you can use photoshop elements 2023 commercially.
