Can't access Photoshop Elements 2018 after macOS 10.13.4 update

Just updated macOS to 10.13.4 and am no longer able to open Photoshop Elements 2018. Pop up window says to check with developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor works with the version of macOS. Has anyone else updated their Mac and developed the same issue?
