Can't connect to editor

In Photoshop Elements 13, when I try to open editor message keeps asking me to sign in.  After I sign in message keeps repeating.

Can you give us a screenshot of the message you are receiving.  I am going to ping @Jeffrey_A_Wright, an Adobe representative who may be able to help you.
