Can’t find Photos on MacBook

When I try to open pictures on my new MacBook Pro, only Documents appear as an option. How do I get Photoshop Elements 2022 to open my Apple "Photos?"

With PS. Elements 2021 on my MS Windows PC, Pictures was always there. TIA, Rick
