Can't find "Contents" in the Windows menu

I'm watching a video on how to add frames around a photo.  The first step is to select "Contents" from the Windows menu.   But I don't see that option in that menu.  I am in expert mode and the program just updated itself, so I'm assuming I'm working with the latest version.
