Can't launch PS elements 2021

I purchased and installed Photoshop Elements 2021 a few days ago and it worked fine on the first day I had it.  Now, I can't get the program to launch at all.  What should I be looking for in my app file to pin to the taskbar to start the program?  HELP!!! I need to get to work with this program.  Thank you!
