Hi

When I try to open a JPEG file, I get this message:

Can anyone help me what to do?

(I have tried to rename the file).

Best regards

The issue is caused by the latest Windows 10 (1803) update.

Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10

The solution is to edit the Registry as explained step by step in that paper.
