I have been unable to long in since buying this application. Attached is a screenshot of the message I keep getting. If this isn't resolved soon I want my money back, which is fair. I am also extremely irritated that it is damn near impossible to find a live person to speak with regarding this matter. The AI assistant has been quite useless in helping me resolve this. Please, will someone assist me?

Go back to where you found the AI assistant. type in AGENT, no more, no less, just the word AGENT.
What you showed usually means there is a network connectivity issue. Hard to tell as you didn't give us alot to work with: Like your OS, does it appear in your adobe account, are you using the correct email address, what is you OS, stuff like that really helps.
