Can't make DVD menu (Was: Can't sign into Adobe through Photoshop Elements 10)

Thanks for the quick answer! Well, that solves the question of this whole thread--why it isn't signing in. So, this thread is now officially halfway solved. The second half to solve is this:

The problem is that, since I can't sign in, I can't make DVDs. When I try to add a disc menu it absolutely requires me to be signed in. (This is ridiculous!) Is there a way around this? Please tell me, do you have a fix for this?

1. Here's the Disc Menu section. It says to drag the template.

2. I did drag a template where it says. Then this happens...

3. And since we've concluded in a previous thread that signing in isn't at all possible any longer. Here's what happens when I try...

Perpetual "signing in" screen. So, is there a way around this?

Good question! I tried that. It goes back to looking like picture number 1. Unfortunately, it does not add the menu template to the drag spot.
