Can't open jpg's by right-clicking

I just installed PSE 14 on my PC running Windows 10. Very often I right click on jpg's and opt for "open with" and then choose my program. However, this isn't working since I installed PSE 14.

What happens is, 14 opens, then asks me to choose between Editor, Organizer, etc. When I choose Editor, the jpg I've tried to open isn't open once the program's done loading.

Any idea what is going on here?

I think there's something wrong with the program files. I have a bunch of folders, and an icon for the PSE with a little arrow on it, like for a shortcut. I don't have a regular icon to open the program. Unless it's somewhere in one of those folders? I've never run into this problem before.

After navigating to the PSE14 folder you will need to scroll down to the files beginning with the letter “P” to choose the application. See image below.

When I click on that logo, it takes me into a folder called PSE 14, and here's a screenshot of what I see: PSE folder.JPG

Choose PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

When the image opens in the Editor simply save a copy and hopefully the settings will stick for next time you right-click on an image.
