Can't open Photoshop Elements 15

I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 15 as test version, but i can't open it. Every time i try it there is a massage from the system: Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Does anyone have the same problem or can help me to fix the problem (it would be very nice if you could do this in german)?

Haben Sie Windows nach der Installation von PSe15 neu gestartet? Wenn nicht, dann zuerst versuchen, es neu zu starten. Bitte nicht, Sie müssen auf die Schaltfläche Start und wählen Sie Neustart. Schalten Sie das Gerät nicht einfach aus und schalten Sie es ein, weil es nicht das gleiche wie ein Neustart ist.

Have you restarted Windows after installing PSe15?  If not then first try to restart it.  Please not, you need to go to the Start button and choose restart.  Don't just switch off and switch on the machine because that is not the same as restart.

Im "deutschen Adobe-Forum" hatten ein paar User ähnliches Problem (PSE13) mit der Aktualisierung des Grafikkartentreibers (Nvidia) behoben.

Ich wurde automatisch zum englischen Forum verlinkt, weil es keine weitere Art der Hilfeleistung von Adobe gab... Deswegen weiß ich davon leider nichts. Und ja, ich habe eine Nvidia Karte, allerdings habe ich sie vor 2 Tagen komplett aktualisiert.
