Hi Andy
You may have a new camera that came out after PSE13 was released. What make and model is it?

Yes I have. I now got a Canon EOS 80D.
But surely a Raw file is a Raw file ?
Do you know if there is a plug in that will support my new camera?

Unfortunately PSE13 can’t be updated any further. You could upgrade your software by purchasing the latest version – PSE15 – or continue using PSE13 but converting your images to Adobe raw.
You can batch convert a whole folder of raw images into Adobe raw (DNG) and the dng files will be backward compatible with your software.

I have the same problem with Elements 15. I cannot open raw-files taken with eos 77d. Older raw is ok. In the list over cameras I find eos 77D.

You need to update PSE15 to camera raw 9.10.Launch the Editor to check for updates, and go to:

Thank You. I got Camera raw 9.7, but I shall use 9.1. OK I try.
