Can't open SONY ARW files anymore

I just upgrade my camera from SONY A6000 to A6500 model and all ARW files I took with A6500 will not be opened by my Windows 10 PS Elements 14 updated with newest RAW plug-In.  Is something wrong with my camera?  Or I need to uprade my PS software to newest version?

You need PSE15. Unfortunately PSE14 can’t be updated to include your new camera. Why not download the free trial:
