Can you migrate Phohtoshop Elements from one computer to another without having to purchase new copy

I paid for Photoshop Elements (and Premiere Elements) for my old Macbook Pro.

Is there a way to migrate the program to my new computer? (MacBook Air)

Or uninstall/unregister it on the old computer and register it on the new one?

I would pay to upgrade the version, but I'd really prefer not to buy a brand new copy.

And by the way, they say they have "chat" support, but they don't say how to access it. Any idea?

What is the version of Photoshop Elements you have on the old computer? Mostly brand new apps are needed on a new Mac.

My browser was preventing the Chat button from displaying due to the cookie settings for the site.

Once I figured out that, they helped me get the installation done.

Old version was 15

I had trouble installing Elements 2022 (Premiere 2022 was fine)

They remote logged in and changed some permissions.

The install was completed.
