Cameras supported by Camera Raw

The Canon T6i was first supported in Camera Raw 9.0.

Elements 12 is only compatible with Camera Raw up to version 8.5 so you'll never be able to edit those Raw files in Elements 12.

Options:

  1. Upgrade to Elements 15, or
  2. Buy a new full version of Elements 15 if it's cheaper, or
  3. Download the free Adobe DNG converter, batch convert all T6i Raw files to DNG format then edit the DNG files (not the Raw files) in Elements 12. An extra step for you but no extra cost.
