Cannot access Photoshop Elements (or premiere) 2020

I bought this because I didn't need the huge list of tools of the main subscription based applications, and it was just right for me. Now, two years on, they seem to have forgotten me and that I can either start a 30 day trial or to enter a registration key.

Are the standalon, no-subscription elements/premier purchases really an unlabeled secret lease? ( "Two years are up, kick him off!" )

Elements is a non-subscription (permanent) license - not a secret subscription/lease.

It's not clear what your problem is.  Have you lost your  registration key/serial number?  If you have registered your license, you will find the serial number in the Products page of your Adobe.com account.

Adobe has changed the way its licenses are verified.  With Elements 2020, it is possible that you may have to download and install the FREE Creative Cloud desktop application.  There is no need to purchase any subscription with it, but it may help you get your product properly activated.
