Cannot install Photoshop elements 2021 (WIN 10)

Hello,

I have downloaded Photoshop Elements but cannot install: a message ask me to activate Javascript. After activation I get the same message!

I tried several times without succes

When exactly do you get that error message? Also: what browser are you normally using?

 

Is your system fully up to date (so: all updates are installed)?
