Cannot make PS13 elements work

PS13 Elements: Installing it, starting it, it asks me to log in to Adobe ID. I do (there I see the licence for PS13 elements with the correct serial number). It says: 'you are logged in, go back to your application'. I do, and guess what? Wa are at the start again, It asks me to log in (I am looged in!!) and I can never make it work.

Ideas please!

Thank you for the fast response, but:  for the ps13 elements there are no AdobePCD file probably for the full version. I did remove the write protect from SLStore but it did not help.

Hi again, strange, this is a legal copy and the serial is stored in my adobe id. I think you are close to the answer/problem! You can check my account:

I tried your tips (....sign_in loop) and as I see it: There are no Adobe PCD on my PC.

I guess the reason for not getting more replies are: There is no solution. Even when I bought a one time licence, you have turned off the licence server? That means that it will never work again? If that is the case: Shame on you!!!
