Rename to end with JPG and try again
Same message. I was transfering pictures from Photo Galery to Photoshop Elements 9 & pictures open in photoshop organize but pictures would not open when draged from photoshop organize to photoshop edit. error is happening in photoshop edit.
Closed everything out, restarted computer & everything seems to be working. Thanks to everyone.
