Cannot resize objects after using PSE 2025 30 minutes

After using PSE 2025 for about 30 minutes, I cannot move objects with the corner of the selection box. It starts moving objects sporadically. Exiting and restarting the program corrects the problem for another 30 minutes.

Are you using a wireless (with battery) mouse or is your mouse connected to the computer with a cable?

Wireless with battery.

Perhaps the batteries need replacement.
