Cannot upload pictures to Flickr

Hello, I have started having trouble uploading my picturs from Photoshop Elements 23 to Flickr. 

I get the following error message.  I am based in Italy. Thank you very much for your support.

I'm having the same issue with Photoshop Elements 24.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried everything I can think of and no solution.

I'm having the same issue with Elements 2025. I even tried to reinstalling Elements with no success.

I see the problem also.  I will report it to Adobe.  This may be the result of some recent changes to Flickr. 

In any event, an easy solution is to select your photos in the Elements Organizer and click and drag them to the Flicker upload page.

I have been advised that this was a temporary problem. It should now be resolved.
