Cant print on photoshop elements 15

Hello, every time I press print on photoshop elements 15 it just closes completely. 

I have seen some forums saying to reinstall and/or press ctrl +delete+shift to clear the settings. I have done both but still have had no luck.

I have windows 10

The printer is working from other programs

1. Go on the web site of the printer manufacturer and download/install the latest driver

2. If you are printing via the Editor, try printing via the Organizer. or, vice versa.

Try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.  This is easier than the Alt+Shift+Ctrl method to perform a reset.
