catalog.pse10db into pse2019

Hi I hope someone can assist

my catalog is from PSE10 and i need to recover it into PSE2019

apparently i need to convert it in PSE2015 but i cannot download it from adobe - no longer supported

any suggestions?

Do you mean you have a PSE 10 Backup and need to restore it in PSE 2019.  If so, simply go through the Restore process in PSE 2019.  If you are not recovering from a backup, then convert the catalog in PSE 2019.

You may have been looking at an old article.  I have just converted an old empty Elements 10 catalog into Elements 2019 without any problem.  I have just started converting a catalog with media in it, but it will take a while for the conversion to complete.  I will let you know if that runs into problems.
