Cleaning up old versions

I have PS Elements 14, 2019, 2020 - and now just recently installed 2021.

 

I'm currently running Catalina O/S. will soon upgrade to Big Sur O/S.  

 

What files can I safely delete because they are no longer needed?  Guidance?
