New Here ,
Jan 16, 2017 Jan 16, 2017

I bought a new computer a month ago along with Windows 10 and also purchased Photoshop Elements 15 which I set up myself.

I have successfully edited a number of pictures with no problems until today when the screen was blanked out and an instruction appearing " no media available, clear applied filters"

I am no longer able to access my pictures-ANY IDEAS???Photoshop Elements

Hi,

In the View menu first select Media type and verify that all the options are checked in the fly-out. If any option is unchecked please click on it to enable it.

Thanks,

Ankit
