I wanted to know here is there any possibility to Stable and hold the + icon which move when we color the subject?

Are you on Photoshop Elements? Which version of the application are you using?

I'm still not sure I understand the issue. Can you share a video of the issue or your workflow?

Are you referring to the reflector tool?

I am on PSE 2022, Please check the below comments, Mr Greg S understood my concern very well, What I am highlighting here, When I am using Clone stamp tool, I select my subject by Alt + Right click, Wher I am doing color on the subject the + icon of clone stamp tool move with my movement when I color on the subject. I am asking is there any possibility so that we can stable and stagnant that + icon, So that it cant be move.

See if this article helps you use the tool.  The behavior of the cross depends on whether you have the Aligned box checked or not.

@Mahender21887672fvkq, I have created a YouTube video tutorial to demonstrate how the cross-hair cursor works with the Clone Stamp tool.  Hopefully, this answers your question.  If not, please explain your problem in more detail.
