New Here ,
Jun 20, 2025 Jun 20, 2025

bonjour,

Error code 183 when installing Adobe products usually indicates a problem with file or folder permissions, antivirus interference, or a corrupted installation. To fix it, try temporarily disabling your antivirus, ensuring you have proper permissions, and potentially deleting or renaming a specific folder.

D'autres suggestions ?

Installations can get confused with previous installation attempts.   I recommend a utility such as "Ccleaner" (it's free) to really get ride of any remenants.  Even though you might use such a utility you system registry probably has "bits and pieces" of the previous installation attempts.

You might consider using a "system restore point"-- go back a few days before you tried the install, and then go from there.

I wouldn't mess with the sytem registry if you are not comfortable editing it.

You would just enter PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS then F3 to go to the next entry- and delete anything referencing PSE 2025-- BUT NOTHING ELSE!   Adobe puts alot of things in your system registry- it would be easy to really muck things up.
