Color maker not working properly

Every time I change the colors, they come up a different color when I use it. How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

I understand you are facing issue with Color Picker Tool in Adobe Elements.

Could you please try the following steps:

Firstly,

- Open Photoshop Elements

- Click "Edit"

- Click "Preferences"

- Click "General"

- Click "Reset preferences on the next launch"

- Re-open the program & test "Color Picker Tool" again.
