Hello, new to Adobe. I am looking for a color saturation enhancement feature that allows you to select an object in a photo (blue sky, green grass, red sign, brown leaves, etc) and enhance the saturation level of only that specific color in the photo. It would also allow for other colors to be enhanced as well in same photo. Windows 10 initially came out with a type of enhancement functionality in their included photo editor but soon after withdrew that functionality. Does adobe photo shop or one of the adobe products have this capability? I'm not looking for something extremely complex nor am I interested in something that either enhances the total photo or enhances "a predefined set of limited colors" in a photo. This tool that microsoft had allowed you to click on the item itself in the pic and then you went to the enhancement dial and could either increase or decrease the saturation for that color only as much as you liked. Would appreciate someone's assistance as I'm looking to acquire a program with this functionality embedded. Thank you.

This can be done quite easily in Photoshop Elements, any version.

Yes. You can enhance globally, or, drill down to one object.

There are other techniques for replacing a blown-out sky.
