I am trying to change the overall temperature of a photo from cool to warmer. I do not see any temperature controls under "Enhace>Adjust Color" . Is there a simple slider control hidden somewhere for making an entire photo warmer or cooler? this seems basic yet i can't find it anywhere. thanks!

Use the File>Open in Camera Raw command.  This will allow you to open any format of image into the Camera Raw editor which has a Temparature slider under the Basic panel:

If you have not already done so, you will need to install the Camera Raw Editor under the Help menu.  Also, once you have completed your edit, you need to click on the Open button in the lower right corner of the Camera Raw Editor.  This will open the image in the regular Editor and you can then make further edits or save

Thanks but... I was just looking for a simple slider to adjust temperature - cooler on one side, warmer on the other side. Does that not exist in Elements 24?

thank you Greg  - i'll give that a try. I'm surprised that they don't have a simple temperature slider inside the program without having to download extra software

unfortunately that doesn't work. I downloaded the camera raw and then tried to open something under Open>camera raw and the screen froze, i kept hearing the alarm bell whenever I tried to do anything. had to force quit out of PE.  once the camera raw installer is installed, am i supposed to do anything? doesn't it just work automatically? tech, so frustrating
