Hi Alvin,

Well the first step is to ask if this is happening when you print from other applications, or is it just when you print from Elements?

If it's happening when you print from other applications, get your printer's user manual and look up the process for checking your nozzles, cleaning the heads and checking your ink levels. Here's a link to the manual if you don't have one handy:
