colors are not the same

The colors are not the same as in photoshop element when i print them, i have a oki laser printer c612

We print the picture on waterslide paper dct 4.5c, what can i do to let them match

Have you calibrated the monitor?

Is color fidelity maintained when you print on an inkjet printer with ink and paper from the same manufacturer?
