combining folders

I was uploading photos and ran into a problem. the photos that were uploaded went into a folder. I fixed the problem and uploaded the rest of the photos. I now have two folders that I would like to combine. is there a way to do this?  I have photoshop elements 14.

You can move selected files to a new folder using either the 'Edit >> Move' command, or dragging them to the desired folder in the left folder panel in tree view.

Beware that you'll have the same warning messages as in the explorer/finder if you try to move files with the same name as existing ones in the destination folder.
