Connecting Photoshop Elements to iMac Photos

I used to connect Elements to iMac iPhotos so Elements was my default editor for iPhotos.  When I upgraded to High Sierra OS (converting iPhotos to Photos), I lost this option.  Does anyone know how to make Elements the default editor for iMac Photos?
