Contact Sheets and PC version of PSE 15

Is Contact Sheet semi-automatic procedure still a part of the PC version of Photoshop Elements 15 and newer?

There hasn't been a contact sheet plugin in the pse editor on the windows side since since photoshop elements 2.

The contact sheet II plugin is still in the mac versions of pse.

On windows one can create contacts sheets using File>Print in the pse 15 organizer.
