I am using photoshop element for 30 days for free. I can't make contactsheet, I clic on contactSheet, but it makes an error and problem of program

Can anyone help me ?

What operating system are you using?

If you go to

(user) Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/18.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

and delete the

Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs

hopefully you should be able to use the Contact Sheet II plugin again.

To see your user Library, in the Finder Go menu press the Option key and then you should see Library listed on the Go menu.

Click on your desktop then in the Go menu click Go to Folder and paste the following and click go

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/18.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

even though I purchased adobe elements 18 and it is on my applications list, when I go to Elements I only see 13, 15, and 16

Photoshop elements 2018 is really photoshop elements version 16

The location you want for photoshop elements 2018 is

/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/16.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II/Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs
