I usually only do very basic functions in PS Elements. I need to convert a black line art drawing to a color. I've searched the forum, but I can't find the answer to his. I'm working in PS Elements 11 on a Mac. I would appreciate any guidance.

If you are drawing black over white: add a solid color fill layer in lighten blend mode.
