1. Open Picture B, the source for face B. Use one of the selction tools to select the face. Go to Edit>copy 2. Open picture A, go to Edit>paste 3. Activate the move tool, and position B over A. That is the broad outline. To have things look proper, you may have to adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc.
