Just getting started using Photoshop Elements and want to copy a couple of faces from one photo into another photo.
1. Open Picture B, the source for face B. Use one of the selction tools to select the face. Go to Edit>copy
2. Open picture A, go to Edit>paste
3. Activate the move tool, and position B over A.
That is the broad outline. To have things look proper, you may have to adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc.
