Elements Organizer reflects file location of photos to One Drive.  The One Drive files were inadvertently deleted (and am not able to restore).  How do I copy the photos on the Organizer to paste to a new folder (on C Drive), or redirect the files from the One Drive to a new folder.

I don't use One Drive, but are you saying that you deleted the One Drive Cloud folder or the folder synched and stored on your local drive?

Elements does not copy files stored in your local One Drive folder.  So, if you deleted that folder, you need to restore it from your Cloud account.  If you don't have the photos stored/backed up in your One Drive account or elsewhere, you are out of luck.
