I recently purchased PSE 2025 to copy pictures to a DVD for permanent storage. I had been using PSE 15 for that purpose but it is not compatible with Windows 11 which is on my new computer.
The option to copy to a removable drive is in the dropdown file menu but simply doesn't work. i called tech support and they tell me that copy to a removable drive simply doesn't work with the latest version of Windows.
Anyone else have this problem and does anyone know if there is a fix?
Interesting, overnight there must have been an update and the option to burn to removable drive is now absent from the file menu. Furthermore the dropdown menus for file, edit, find etc only work in editor! I guess I'll be calling tech support again.
