By @defaulte9pwx6xuisof

It's a classical two-steps process.

1 - You update the date/time in the catalog with the specific command

2 - You write meta data to files.

First create a selection for the set of files with the wrong date/time (a common keyword or an album).

Look for the oldest file in the selected set. Note which date time it should have been.

With the set of files highlighted, right click on the oldest file and choose the option to adjust date and time of selected items.

Then choose 'shift to new starting date and time'

Enter the calculated correct date and time.

When the correction is made, check it.

Then with all the selection active, write metadata to files (Ctrl W)
