Could not verify "true" Adobe software.

Hi,

My wife bought Adobe Photoshop elements 15 from a known sw/hw store (Webhallen) today.

When I try to install the program it says that the installation faild since it was not able to verify "true" Adobe-software.

The product is a PC version and my computer has Windows 10 OS.

What's the problem?

Hi Hakan,

Please try to download the setup for Elements 15 from the below mentioned link.

Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Then install the setup and check if the same error pops up.

you can use the same serial to activate the product.
