Counterfeit on install

It's not counterfeit - it installed fine on my Mac and a guy on Chat walked me through how to add a patch or something to a window laptop.  I can't access the closed case and I've been waiting on chat a while.  Does anyone know what to do?  Thanks!

Adobe already verified it to be a legal disk - it's even registered with them.
