I have been using PSE14 for two years, worked perfectly. Recently on a camper van trip my hard drive crashed and I lost the entire thing. managed to get a new HD, Windows 10 installed but lost PSE. My daughter sent me my original discs and I have tried to install it. I keep getting a message stating that, "The product you are trying to install is not an Adobe Genuine Software and appears to be counterfeit.". I have been on numerous chats with Adobe helpers. My disc is genuine and I have provided the certificate information to confirm this yet the disc will still not install. The annoying thing about this is that it gets to 99% before telling you this information. Surely this should be the first thing checked. The only answer I have had on this is to download the product. I am at campsites where the download speed is practically useless. Is there now a policy within Adobe where all installations MUST be done from downloads? If there is I wish someone would come out and say so.
