Photoshop and Premiere Elements has been the worste purchase I have made in a long time. Adobe should recognize by all the unsatisfied customers that they need to fix their issues. My issue is, when I launch photoshop or video editor (premiere elements) it crashes. I was told to ensure windows was updated, it is. Uninstalled the prgram at least 20 times. Still does not work. This has been the biggest waste of money and Adobe should start refunding anyone who has purchased this horrible product.

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe corporate. The folks posting on this board can not provide you with a refund. Suggest that you contact the merchant from whom you purchased the product.
When you state that the system crashes, what does that mean? Any error messages? Which version of PSE? Windows 7 or 10?

Hi Jake,
Sorry you're feeling so frustrated with your purchase of Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, but before anyone can offer some help, we need some more information from you:
- which version did you purchase?
- which Windows 10 version are you running?
- does your computer meet the necessary system requirements? (Photoshop Elements system requirements)
- are you installing from a physical DVD or via the installers downloaded from Adobe?
- does the Home screen appear when you click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 shortcut?
- does the Elements Organizer application open successfully?
- what error messages (if any) appear when you try to open the Elements Photo Editor or Video Editor?
Hopefully once you've given us this information, users on this forum will be able to start helping you further.
