Crashing elements 12

Hi,

I have recently updated my Mac to version 10.15.7 OS Catalina.
Since the update, my version of Photoshop Elements 12 crashes as soon as I attempte to download or modify photos. The update option is not available in the Help section of the application.

What can I do, please?

You are simply S.O.L.  You're OS is too new to run PSE 12.   You would need to purchase pse 2020, if you could find it.  You can't run anything newer.

Support for Catalina, to the best of my knowledge, ends this year.
