Creating a Vector PDF file for printing

Hello!

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 running on Windows 11. I have created artwork for a tablecloth with my comany's branding which I sent to a printer to print for me. They responded that the artwork will pixillate as it is not a Vector PDF. The open file with all its layers in Photoshop Elements is 57MB. Is there a way to save this file as a Vector PDF in Photoshop Elements - or if not, perhaps there is a plug-in that can be purchased/downloaded to add this function? I tried saving the file as a Photoshop PDF from the 'Save As' drop down menu but that is apparently not Vector.

Thanks in advance.

Nope,  PSE is a raster based program.   You need photoshop to make anything vector.
