How do you create an animated GIF in PS Elements 15 ?
I want to take a selection of JPG or PNG pictures, have them play with slight delays, basic transitions, no sound, via a basic simple small web-site friendly GIF file. Have done this in past in PS CS3 but have upgraded / replaced on new PC.
Seems like this would be easy, and already answered question. Dang if every search answer I found is either for a different version of PS, or the person jumps around and assumes you know steps they are skipping. As if forgot to tell us, turn on an option before getting started, or skipping steps along the way.
So what are the simple steps, every key stroke, step by step process, in PS ELEMENTS 15, to create a simple animated GIF, using picture files I have ready to use ?
