custom shape tool

I had an old version of Photoshop Elements that contained a custom shaped tool, on the later version which I now have, I cannot find this tool. Is this still available? If so, how can I find it on the later version?

I have now found it and can carry on with my editing, I looked for ages for it before I asked the question!
