Deactivate on old computer no longer in my possession

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and installed it my new new work computer. It will not allow me to run the application because its states that I need to deactive it on my old computer. The old computer is no longer in my possession. Please advise how I an deactivate on the old computer so I can start using the product I paid for on my new computer. Thanks.
